At Keppel Sands State School we might not have the same amount of staff as larger schools howwever our love of the job set's us apart from the rest.
We have a full time teaching principal- Miss Sam who is a local within the area and dedicated to ensuring our school has a positive, welcoming and inclusive school culture along with ensuring the curriculum is delivered at the highest standard.
Miss Kathleen is our full time Business Manager and is always willing to help not only in the office but in and out of the classroom.
Mrs McLaren is our full time teacher aide with many years of experience, she is very crafty, looks after our meal programs, provides teaching support and loves working in our school garden.
Mrs Dacey joins us this year as a teacher aide three days a week then will join us as our second teacher in semester two. She brings a positive air to the classroom.
Mr Morris is our cleaner and grounds officer who has many years experience with a trade and maintainence background so you will admire his work in and around the school.
Miss Thompson is joining us this year as our new social support worker for two days a week where she will work her calming magic with the students and offer addtional programs to support our wellbeing programs within the school.
We have many support staff who visit our school throughout the year and thank them for their work.
